Axiom and Nathan Frazer will challenge for the gold at NXT Stand & Deliver.
On the April 2 episode of WWE NXT, Axiom and Nathan Frazer faced the LWO and the Good Brothers to determine the number one contenders for the NXT Tag Team Championship. The three teams previously won qualifying matches to earn their spot in the bout.
Axiom and Frazer dove onto the Good Brothers to kick-start the action. They controlled the action early on. LWO took control with a flurry of offense.
Wilde took flight and dropped Gallows with a DDT. Anderson rallied with a dive to the outside. Del Toro then dove onto everyone at ringside. In the end, Frazer scored the pin to clinch the victory for his team. As a result, Axiom and Frazer will challenge Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin for the NXT Tag Team Championship at NXT Stand & Deliver.
Breakker and Corbin previously won the Men’s Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. They then beat Tony D’Angelo and Stacks to win the NXT Tag Team Championship on the February 13 episode of NXT. The duo later retained the titles against Andre Chase and Duke Hudson at NXT Roadblock.
