Johnny Gargano highlights how DIY’s road to their first WrestleMania is special.
In a tweet on March 25, Johnny Gargano wrote that DIY’s road to their first WrestleMania could not be mapped out more perfectly. He noted that the next two episodes of WWE RAW would be in perhaps the two most important places in their story. Gargano pointed out that the March 25 episode would be held in Chicago. He looked back on DIY’s ladder match at TakeOver: Chicago before he and Ciampa went to war at TakeOver: Chicago 2.
The April 1 episode of RAW will be held at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. DIY faced The Revival at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn II, which was held at the same arena. Gargano faced Andrade at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn III. Ciampa and Gargano headlined NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn IV. There, Ciampa beat him in a Last Man Standing Match.
DIY will challenge for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship in a Six-Pack Ladder Match at WrestleMania 40. This will mark their first appearance at WrestleMania 40.
