Rey Mysterio vs. Santos Escobar

As soon as the bell rings, Mysterio launches into an assault on Escobar. Mysterio lands a flurry of strikes. Mysterio tries a springboard but slips and lands a glancing blow. After trying a rope walk, Mysterio slips on the ropes again. Mysterio lands an elbow strike and a springboard rana. Escobar crawls into the corner. Mysterio lands a baseball slide to Escobar’s balls. Escobar fires up and lands a basement dropkick. Mysterio responds with a head scissors that sends Escobar flying out of the ring. Sliding Splash by Mysterio.

After the break, Escobar is working over Mysterio. Mysterio fires up and sends Escobar out of the ring. Mysterio dives off the ring post and lands a crossbody. Escobar tries to counter with a sunset flip, but Mysterio rolls through and lands a dropkick. Springboard moonsault by Mysterio. Escobar kicks out. Mysterio sends Escbaor into the ropes for a 619. Escobar cuts Mysterio off with a superkick. Mysterio kicks out. Escobar calls Mysterio a pathetic old man. Mysterio fires up again and knocks Escobar out of the ring. Mysterio hits Escobar with the top of the announce desk.

Mysterio runs, dives off the announce desk, and lands a senton that sends Escobar flying over the barricade into the timekeeper’s area. Mysterio sets up another springboard, but someone wearing a Mysterio mask hops the barricade and pulls Mysterio’s leg. (It’s clearly Dominik Mysterio…) Mysterio turns around, and the person takes their mask off. It’s *gasps* Mysterio’s son, Dominik Mysterio. Escobar hits Mysterio with a 619 in the confusion. Phantom Driver by Escobar. Escobar pins Mysterio.

Winner- Santos Escobar

Escobar and Dominik smile as they leave the ringside together.

Backstage, Bayley thanks Naomi for helping her out last week. Naomi says she couldn’t let that go down. Bianca Belair walks in and tells Bayley to keep Naomi out of her messes. Bayley and Belair argue. Naomi pulls Belair away so they can talk.

WrestleMania Tag Team Ladder Match Qualifier Match: Austin Theory and Grayson Waller vs. The OC w/Michin

Gallows and Anderson toss Theory and Waller all over the place. Anderson lands a dive. After the break, Waller and Theory are working over Gallows’ knee. Gallows lands a thunderous lariat. Anderson tags in and clears the ring. Outside the ring. Michin hip tosses Waller. Waller breaks up the Magic Killer. Gallows sends Waller out of the ring. Theory rolls up Gallows with his feet on the ropes with Waller’s help for the win.

Winners- Austin Theory and Grayson Waller

Naomi vs. Iyo Sky w/Damage CTRL

As Naomi waits in the ring, Asuka, Dakota Kai, and Kairi Sane appear on stage. Sky is nowhere to be found. On the ‘Tron, we see Sky backstage beating up Bayley. Referees and officials eventually pull Sky away. Sky finally makes her way to the ring for the match. Naomi beats Sky into the corner and lands a few stomps. Sky fights out of the corner and eventually lands a diving rana off the top. Naomi lands a bulldog for a near fall. After the break, Naomi crushes Sky with a crossbody. Basement dropkick by Naomi.

Corner split splash by Naomi. Sky kicks out. Sky stuns Naomi on the top rope. Springboard dropkick by Sky. Sky goes up top. Naomi cuts her off and lands a superplex with a float over for a near fall. After a strike exchange, Sky lands a roll through double stomp. After a series of reversals, Naomi blasts Sky with the Heat Seeker. Naomi sets up her moonsault. Damage CTRL rushes the ring. Naomi fights them off but ends up eating an Over the Moonsault by Sky. Sky pins Naomi

Winner- Iyo Sky

After the match, Sky and Co attack Naomi. Naomi manages to fight them off until Asuka spits the mist in Naomi’s face. Bianca Belair hits the ring and destroys every member of Damage CTRL. Dakota Kai is almost sent through the ring steps by Belair. Belair gets chopped blocked by Kai. Damage CTRL works over Belair and Naomi.

Backstage, Belair is helping Naomi wash out her eyes. Tiffany Stratton walks in and makes fun of Naomi.

WrestleMania Tag Team Ladder Match Qualifier Match: The Street Profits w/Bobby Lashley and B-Fab vs. The Authors of Pain w/The Final Testament

As soon as the bell rings, Dawkins starts throwing hands. Akam and Rezar double-teamed Dawkins, working with him on their side of the ring. Ford gets a blind tag, and The Street Profits land a series of kicks, sending both members of AoP out of the ring. Ford tries a dive but is caught by Akam and Rezar. Dawkins tries to make the save, but Ford gets powerbombed into him as he leaps off the ring steps.

After the break, AoP are taking turns working over Ford. Ford manages to tag in Dawkins. Dawkins clears the ring. Dawkins rolls out of the ring and pounces Rezar out of his shoes. Silencer by Dawkins. Akam escapes the Blockbuster and boots Ford’s head off. AoP lands the Last Chapter on Ford. Dawkins breaks up the pin. Akam and Rezar set up a double-powerbomb. Dawkins breaks that up. Ford rolls up Akam for the win.

Winners- The Street Profits

Backstage, Paul Heyman calls Roman Reigns and tells him Cody Rhodes is at SmackDown alone.

In-Ring Segment: Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman

Reigns says he is a man of his word. Reigns is here alone, and now it’s time for Rhodes to come to the ring and acknowledge him. After the break, Rhodes joins Reigns and Heyman in the ring. Reigns tells Rhodes he came alone. Rhodes says if Reigns came alone, he came alone. Reigns calls Rhodes a fool. From his perspective, Rhodes isn’t fit for this job because he’s an idiot. Reigns dumps on Rhodes for aligning himself with Reigns’ “little brother,” Seth Rollins. Rollins was nowhere to be found when Rhodes needed him last week. Reigns reminds Rhodes that Rollins stabbed Reigns in the back when they were in the Shield. Rhodes asks the crowd if they think he can trust Seth Rollins.

The crowd roars. Rhodes notes that Rollins may hate his guts, but Rollins hates Reigns even more. Rhodes quips that Reigns should be worried about his tag team partner, The Rock. Reigns mocks Rhodes for making promises he can’t keep. All Rhodes will ever be is number two. Reigns chuckles and says Rhodes is the greatest number two of all time. Reigns declares he’s number one, forever. Heyman holds up the championship behind Reigns. Rhodes puts over Reigns but exclaims when it comes to defeating Reigns at WrestleMania, he isn’t number two; he’s the one.

Rhodes offers Reigns a handshake. Reigns laughs at Rhodes and shakes Heyman’s hand instead. Reigns and Heyman leave the ring. As his theme plays, Reigns snaps his fingers, and Solo Sika and Jimmy Uso appear in the crowd. Rhodes takes off his suit jacket as Jimmy and Sikoa stand with Reigns and Heyman. Rhodes laughs as Jey Uso and Seth Rollins appear in the crowd. Rollins and Jey join Rhodes in the ring and stand tall. Reigns backs off.
