Ring of Honor Results – March 14, 2024

This week’s episode of Ring of Honor Wrestling on HonorClub kicks off with in-ring action.

Billie Starkz defeated Diamante in a Women’s World Television Title Tournament Quarter-Final Match

  • Billie Starkz locks Diamante into a submission hold and scores the tap-out victory.

Lee Johnson defeated Aaron Solo

  • Lee Johnson hits Aaron Solo with the Big Shotty Drop to win the match via pinfall.

Kiera Hogan defeated Lady Frost, Robyn Renegade, and Leyla Hirsch in a Four Corner Survival Match

  • Kiera Hogan hits Robyn Renegade with Face the Music to secure the pinfall victory.

Griff Garrison and Cole Karter are backstage trying to hype themselves up for their tag match against Orange Cassidy and Trent Berretta later on tonight. Maria Kanellis comes in and tells them they are young kids, but they own their careers. Kanellis says he was proud of Garrisson’s match against Adam Copeland until he lost. Kanellis says actions have consequences.

Maria says she wants to be proud of them and hopes they won’t disappoint her tonight and make her proud. Carter and Garrison promise they’ll make her proud.

Ring of Honor Women’s World Champion Athena defeated Aisha in a Proving Ground Match

  • Athena locks Aisha in a submission hold to score the win via submission.

Athena’s next challenger emerges

Athena attacks Aisha after the match and knees her head into the steel steps at ringside. The champion asks if all Atlanta has to offer her is hot garbage. Athena says she wants competition and that she deserves more. Athena says Supercard of Honor is only weeks away, but no one is lining up to face her for the title.

The Fallen Goddess says Nyla Rose could have stepped back up after she put her through a table, but she ran out of Ring of Honor instead. Athena says she’s opening up all doors for her next challenger because she needs real competition. This brings out former AEW Women’s World Champion Hikaru Shida.

Shida gets in the ring and points her kendo stick at Athena and her title. Athena lifts her title in response. Ian mentions on commentary that Tony Khan has made the match official and Shida will challenge Athena for the championship at Supercard of Honor.

Top Flight and Action Andretti defeated Iron Savages and Jacked Jameson

  • Action Andretti pins Jacked Jameson to score the pinfall victory for his team.

Lee Johnson is backstage. Johnson says he’s not just here to take part; he’s here to take over. Johnson says 2024 has been looking really good for him, and he’s not planning on slowing down anytime soon.

The WorkHorsemen defeated Nick Comoroto and Jacoby Watts

  • JD Drake pins Nick Comoroto to score the pinfall victory for his team.

Lance Archer (w/ Jake “The Snake” Roberts) defeated Darian Bengston

  • Lance Archer hits Darian Bengston with Blackout to score the pinfall victory.

Dalton Castle confronts Taya Valkyrie

Taya Valkyrie is backstage talking about The Boys. Dalton Castle confronts her, and Valkyrie says he knows nothing about them. Valkyrie says Castle is embarrassing and he’s not fit to have Boys. Castle calls her filth and is dragged out by security.

Mercedes Martinez defeated Abadon in a Women’s World Television Title Tournament Quarter-Final Match

  • Someone from under the ring hits Abadon, which allows Mercedes Martinez to hit her with a Fisherman Buster to secure the pinfall victory.

It’s revealed that the person who helped Martinez was her partner in crime, Diamante.

Komander defeated AR Fox, Jack Cartwheel, and Slim J in a Four Corner Survival Match

  • Komander hits Slim J with the top rope moonsault to score the pinfall victory.

Eddie Kingston reflects on how Mark Briscoe missed out on his Ring of Honor World Title match last year due to injury. Kingston says he wants to give Briscoe a shot at the Ring of Honor World Championship at Supercard of Honor.

Orange Cassidy and Trent Beretta (w/ Chuck Taylor) defeated Griff Garrison and Cole Karter (w/ Maria Kanellis)

  • Orange Cassidy hits Cole Karter with an Orange Punch to score the pinfall victory for his team.

Angelico and Serpentico come through the crowd and attack Cole Karter and Griff Garrison. Maria causes a distraction to get her team the advantage, but Best Friends come back to make the save as Ring of Honor goes off the air.
