TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship Changes Hands At TNA Sacrifice

Another title change at TNA Sacrifice.

MK Ultra’s Masha Slamovich and Killer Kelly were slated to defend their TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship against the team of Spitfire (Jody Threat and Dani Luna) when the champions ambushed their challengers during their entrance.

After a ringside brawl involving chains, Threat and Slamovich started the bout while Luna recovered on the floor. Whenever Kelly finally tagged in, Luna pulled her leg to prevent the double-team. Threat then rolled-up Kelly for the surprise victory.

Afterward, Slamovich looked disappointed in Kelly following their second title loss this year alone as they lost the gold to Decay at Hard To Kill in January. Slamovich ended up storming off to tease a breakup.

This is the first tag team title reign for Spitfire.

Threat and Masha finally start the bout hot as Threat tries to fight back but eats a superkick. Threat fights back with corner clotheslines. Masha plants her with a piledriver and then tags Kelly. Dani recovers and pulls Kelly’s leg. Threat then rolls Kelly up for the surprise win.
