In the 1980’s era of professional wrestling fans witnessed multiple tag teams rise and fall as well. One of the tag teams that seemed to have been given the opportunity to rise to the top was the Young Stallions. The team is comprised of former WCW World Tag Team Champion Paul Roma and former NWA New Jersey Tag Team Champion Jim Powers. The duo’s rise, unfortunately, was cut short and in their final few months in the promotion played the roles of enhancement talents.
Now, the tag team will be reuniting with each other after nearly a quarter century. Jim Powers and Paul Roma will be showing up as special guests at the upcoming 80’s Wrestling Con event. The event will be taking place on March 4th in Morristown, New Jersey.
