Hot wings are no match for the (CM Punk) hate that boils inside Seth Rollins.
While many WWE locker room members embraced the return of CM Punk, Seth Rollins did not. Amidst Punk’s resurgence at WWE Survivor Series: WarGames, Rollins made it clear that he is not a fan of the former WWE Champion as he angrily threw both of his middle fingers up at him. In the weeks following the premium live event, Rollins opened up about his disdain for Punk, labeling him as “selfish” and “self-serving.”
On a recent episode of Hot Ones Versus, Rollins received an opportunity to flip the script, and identify three aspects of Punk that he actually liked. Rather than showing any sort of kindness, though, Rollins opted to consume one of the hot chicken wings placed in front of him instead.
“I’m sure there are some nice things to say about him, but this is a game of choice. I would rather suffer through this hot wing than say anything publicly nice about him,’ Rollins said. “So, this one’s for you, Punk.”
After devouring half of his hot wing, Rollins eventually shared one positive remark toward Punk. “Well here’s one thing I’ll say nice about him, he’s a man of conviction, and so am I,” Rollins said.
Seth Rollins isn’t the only CM Punk hater in WWE right now, as ‘The Scottish Warrior” Drew McIntyre continues to mock Punk’s recent injury with a new “finishing move” and parody t-shirt design.
