Eddie Kingston and FTR are set to team up to take on the Blackpool Combat Club during next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
During Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision, Jun Akiyama and Bryan Danielson took to the ring, where Danielson was slapped after their match for flipping off Kingston, a sign of disrespect to Akiyama. Danielson then kicked Akiyama in the groin, leading to Kingston to get into a brief brawl with Danielson before Claudio Castagnoli came out to help.
This led to FTR coming out and getting involved, and shortly after, a six-man tag team match was made official, which will see Kingston teaming up with the former AEW World Tag Team Champions.
The fully updated card for the February 28 episode of AEW Dynamite is as follows:
