The AEW TNT Championship will officially be on the line at AEW Revolution, and it’ll be Daniel Garcia fighting for it.
During tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Garcia was officially named as Christian Cage’s opponent for the belt. This comes after Garcia faced Adam Copeland last week in a number one contender’s about, which ended in a no-contest.
As a result of the match and subsequent ambush on Copeland by Cage after it, Tony Schiavone said that Copeland was not cleared to compete in the match. In his place, it’ll be Garcia who gets the match, with the superstar promising a win in the ring tonight.
