Four matches have been announced for next week’s WWE NXT.
Following their exchanges on social media over the last week, WWE SmackDown star Shotzi appeared backstage on NXT and confronted NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria to officially challenge her to a match. It has not been made official that Valkyria will defend her title against Shotzi next Tuesday.
Another championship bout will see Oba Femi defend his NXT North American Championship against Lexis King. The two had an in-ring confrontation on February 13 as King credited himself for weakening Dragon Lee in order for Femi to successfully cash-in his Breakout tournament contract.
Additionally, former tag team partners Brooks Jensen and Josh Briggs will clash in a singles match after Jensen started a backstage brawl. On the same token, Roxanne Perez and Wren Sinclair will look to settle their differences after Perez slapped Sinclair in the locker room.
Below is the updated lineup for the February 20 episode, which is being pre-taped on February 13:
- NXT Women’s Championship: Lyra Valkyria (c) vs. Shotzi
- NXT North American Championship: Oba Femi (c) vs. Lexis King
- Josh Briggs vs. Brooks Jensen
- Roxanne Perez vs. Wren Sinclair
