WWE Hall of Famers The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express (Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson) have been announced for Joey Janela’s Spring Break 8.
Joey Janela took to Twitter to announce that the legendary duo will reunite at the April 5 event, which will be held as part of The Collective on WrestleMania weekend. Gibson and Morton will join forces with Ricky’s son Kerry to face Mike Bailey and the East West Express (Nick Wayne and Jordan Oliver). This is set to be Gibson’s first match since October 2023, and he has only wrestled sporadically in recent years.
Morton and Gibson are members of both the WWE and NWA Hall of Fame. They are former NWA World Tag Team Champions, among other accolades.
As previously announced, Masato Tanaka and Minoru Suzuki will face Masha Slamovich and Rina Yamashita at Joey Janela’s Spring Break 8.
