Damian Priest has confirmed R-Truth’s status in the Judgment Day once and for all.
For the past several weeks, R-Truth has been convinced that he was a member of the Judgment Day. He hung out in their clubhouse and made some knockoff merchandise for the group. Truth has also found himself at odds with the stable, as some members never got along with him, but he had seemingly won Damian Priest over. However, Truth accidentally cost Priest his match against Drew McIntyre on the January episode of WWE RAW, so tensions were at an all-time high.
Priest called R-Truth out on the January 29 episode of WWE RAW and said the group owed him an apology. He even let Truth say the Judgment Day’s signature line.
However, the mood shifted as Priest stated that the Judgment Day was a family, and truth as not a part of it. He told Truth he had never been part of the group. Priest admitted that he liked Truth, and he thought he was funny. But Priest then ordered Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh to attack Truth.
The Miz ran down, hoping to make the save, but he was outnumbered. The Judgment Day then left him and Truth laid out with a vicious attack.
