Kevin Owens believes standing across from CM Punk in a WWE ring is inevitable.
WWE Superstar Kevin Owens recently sat down with Alan Jose John of India Today. When asked about CM Punk’s comments where he said the two of them were a lot alike, Owens said he could see both sides of that coin.
“We’re both guys that probably, you know, have done things their own way, in a sense,” KO said. “But there’s probably a lot that we’re very different on as well, so I think it’s a little bit of both.”
When asked about stepping into the ring with CM Punk in WWE, Owens believes that it will happen at some point.
“I’m sure we’ll end up in the ring together at some point,” KO said. “It seems, uh, like there’s no way we wouldn’t.”
One place these two WWE Superstars likely won’t meet up is at Saturday’s Royal Rumble premium live event. Owens will have his hands full with current United States Champion Logan Paul.
