Referee Daphanie LaShaunn Reacts to Being Part Of WWE 2K24 Video Game

WWE 2K24 is set to launch in a couple of months. It is exciting news for the gaming fans and the talent that are in the game too.

After the failure and criticism of WWE 2K20, people had very low hopes for the new games. But WWE 2K22 silenced all the doubters. Since then, fans have been more than eager for the arrival of the new games.

Now, WWE 2K24 is set to hit the gaming consoles in March of this year. The upcoming game will have new match types and several new faces included in it as well. The new match types will be the Gauntlet match, Special Guest Referee match, Casket match, and Ambulance match.

The WWE roster will be part of the game, but one more new face has been added to the game, referee Daphanie LaShaunn. She is the first female African American referee in WWE. Upon seeing her face in the WWE 2K24 Video Game trailer, reacted to it and claimed that she is not just lucky but blessed to be part of the game.

“I literally just woke up and I’m sobbing. Imma have to collect myself but more thoughts will be shared later. No, I’m not lucky, I’m blessed…YES❤️?? #RefBae?,” Daphanie LaShaunn tweeted

The video game will be released in three versions. One is the standard version, the cover star for this edition is Cody Rhodes. The other is the Deluxe Version, the cover stars for this are Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley. The final version is the 40 Years of WrestleMania edition with the cover featuring some of the greatest wrestlers who have headlined the Showcase of the Immortals.
