Madi Wrenkowski has officially arrived in NXT, and she has a new name.
Wrenkowski reportedly signed with WWE in December. She made her unofficial debut when she appeared in an NXT Anonymous video on January 9. Wrenkowski then made her in-ring debut on the January 16 episode of WWE NXT. She competed in a battle royal for a shot at the NXT Women’s Championship. Madi was added to the match due to an injury to Cora Jade, who suffered a torn ACL at a live event on January 12.
Madi was renamed as Wren Sinclair, and she made it deep into the match. She also had a buzzworthy moment, as she eliminated Lash Legend from the bout. Roxanne Perez ultimately emerged victorious, but Wren Sinclair sparked some excitement with her performance.
Wrenkowski is a former NWA World Women’s Tag Team Championship. She previously wrestled on AEW Dark and Dark: Elevation.
