Alex Hammerstone Wrote His New Entrance Theme, And It Shreds

Alex Hammerstone is a world-class pro wrestler, and he’s also a very talented musician.

Hammerstone is set to make his TNA debut at Hard To Kill on Saturday. He posted the following track on Twitter, giving fans a preview of the new song he wrote as his entrance theme:

Hammerstone has previously released his own music under the name Blown Away Luna. The songs are currently available on Apple Music, Spotify, and SoundCloud. Your Boy Hammer provided vocals on the album and also plays guitar and drums.

Hunting season

Hammerstone recently became a free agent. He had been working with MLW since 2019.

As of January 1, Hammerstone is no longer under contract to Major League Wrestling. He recently shared how he’s approaching his free agency period:

“Well, here we are. I’m officially a free agent for the first time in five years,” Hammerstone said. “Don’t worry, I’m not going to give you some speech about how I was stuck or trapped or locked away in some prison, the kind of stuff that guys say when they weren’t able to get over somewhere. Because I did get over. I did succeed. I became a world champion.

“But there’s one thing that I would hear every once in a while and would bother me. And maybe there is a grain of truth to it. That I was a big fish in a small pond. Well, now I’m allowed to walk through whatever door that I want to. Well, except the ones that are nailed shut in a desperate attempt to keep me out, because they’re worried what will happen if I get through them.

“And everyone wants to know. The fans want to know where I’m going. All the podcasters want an interview. All the dirt sheets want a comment. But I’m not looking for an opportunity. I am giving an opportunity. Because I have been one of the best in the world for years now, so I want to face the very best in the world. So this is my open challenge to anyone out there. Because I was never a big fish in a small pond. I have always been a shark. Now, I’m in open waters, and it’s hunting season.”
