Luke Hawx is a pro wrestler, but he’s also building a great resumé in Hollywood. Hawx has his wrestling school, WildKat Sports, but he was also part of the Iron Claw movie. He helped train the Hollywood stars in the movie.
During an interview with Nola.com, Hawx opened up about his entire wrestling career and also about training the actors for The Iron Claw. Luke Hawx mentioned that ECW was a very rough environment and as he continued training, he became the ‘King of Death Match Wrestling.’
“I grew up in a boys’ home, so I had a really rough life. ECW wasn’t all glitz and glamor. It was rough. I could relate to that. I became the king of deathmatch wrestling. I ran with it because I knew I could do it, do it well. I had to figure out how to reinvent myself to fit that image.”
The wrestling veteran also shared his experience in training Hollywood Actors for Zac Efron’s The Iron Claw movie.
“These dudes want to be hands-on,” Hawx said. “They want to say, ‘I did that.’ I have plans for where I’m going in 2024, where I’m going with WildKat, where I’m going with films. But I don’t just think about it. I start putting the action forward to do the necessary work,” Luke Hawx said.
Hawx also shared his excitement on seeing his students in the Iron Claw Movie following its release.
