Will Ospreay has a lot of love for the Assassin’s Creed video game franchise.
All Elite Wrestling‘s Will Ospreay dawned Assassin’s Creed gear for his entrance overnight at Wrestle Kingdom 18.
The Aerial Assassin took to social media this morning to comment on the gear and thanked Ubisoft for allowing it to happen, tweeting out:
“Thank you to @Ubisoft and @assassinscreed for allowing me to live a lifelong dream at Wrestle Kingdom! I hope you all enjoyed it!” Will Ospreay said in a post.
The official account for Assassin’s Creed responded to Ospreay’s post, tweeting back:
“Congrats to the Aerial Assassin @WillOspreay on an spectacular match at #WrestleKingdom. Amazing ring gear! #WeAreAssassins,” Assassin’s Creed said in a post.
This prompted Will Ospreay to issue a heartfelt reply to the Assassin’s Creed account, putting over what the video game franchise means to him.
“For the last 11 years I’ve modelled myself around the games you guys have produced. To have yours & Ubisoft blessing and to collaborate of the entrance was truly incredible. Without those games I don’t think I would have a roof over my head. Thank you #WeAreAssassins,” Will Ospreay said in a post.
