Dragon Lee will miss NXT New Year’s Evil, but he teases that there will be a big surprise.
NXT North American Champion Dragon Lee took to social media to announce that he was unable to leave Mexico due to visa issues. He stated that he will miss NXT New Year’s Evil on January 2, but the LWO will have a big surprise for the NXT Universe on Tuesday.
Lee was set to team up with Joaquin Wilde and Cruz Del Toro of the LWO to face No Quarter Catch Club.
Lee last wrestled on the December 22 episode of WWE SmackDown (taped on December 15). There, he defeated Butch to retain the NXT North American Championship.
