Despite reports that All Elite Wrestling superstar Dustin Rhodes was planning on resigning from the company, the superstar won’t be going anywhere.
On Saturday, reports began surfacing that Rhodes had suddenly “resigned” from All Elite Wrestling following his match as a late replacement a gainst Swerve Strickland at AEW Worlds End. However, Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp, and later on Rhodes himself, quickly took to social media to debunk the idea.
Sapp tweeted out that the report wasn’t true, and that Rhodes himself had told him that he doesn’t quit, because he’s Dustin Rhodes. Rhodes would also take to social media shortly after that, sharing a photograph of him from his match tonight, and a message that said that, while “business is painful,” he will “never quit.”
