Karrion Kross dropped a noteworthy tease on the December 22 episode of WWE SmackDown.
In a brief vignette, Kross highlighted his accomplishments in WWE, but he stated that even the greatest proclamation would be forgotten without a scribe, without authors. Scarlett then asked whether fans saw the “vision,” and three silhouettes, which seemingly looked like Paul Ellering and the Authors of Pain, appeared.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) recently reported that Akam and Rezar are planned for a return to WWE programming soon, and the working plan was for them to join SmackDown.
Sapp wrote that the duo has been signed to WWE for well over a year, as sources noted that they were at the Performance Center in August 2022. Per Sapp, sources also stated that Paul Ellering has been expected to join the former RAW Tag Team Champions.
