IMPACT Wrestling Announces The Return Of Knockouts Ultimate X Match

IMPACT Wrestling confirms the return of the Knockouts Ultimate X match.

January 13 will mark a pivotal point for IMPACT Wrestling, as they will then officially rebrand themselves into their former company name — TNA Wrestling. This transition will be accompanied by the promotion’s annual Hard to Kill pay-per-view, which will emanate from Palms Casino Resort in Paraside, Nevada. So far, three matches have been confirmed for the event, including a Knockouts Championship between Jordynne Grace and the reigning titleholder Trinity. Earlier today, IMPACT announced that another match has been added to the show.

Following the success of the inaugural Knockouts Ultimate X match in 2021, the match stipulation will make its grand return at the upcoming 2024 Hard to Kill pay-per-view. This news was first shared by IMPACT on the X (formerly Twitter) platform. As of now, IMPACT (soon to be TNA) has yet to announce which talents will be competing in the second-ever Knockouts Ultimate X match.

The inaugural Knockouts Ultimate X match occurred at the 2022 Hard to Kill event in Dallas, Texas. In addition to the eventual winner, Tasha Steelz, this match also saw the likes of Jordynne Grace, Chelsea Green, Lady Frost, Rosemary, and Alisha Edwards competing. Upon her victory at Hard to Kill, Steelz was granted a title match against Knockouts Champion Mickie James at Sacrifice in March 2022 — a bout that Steelz later won as well.
