Charlotte Flair went down with a knee injury on the December 8 episode of WWE SmackDown, and a new report provides an update.
On the December 8 episode of WWE SmackDown, Flair faced Asuka. At one point in the match, Flair suffered an apparent injury, and she seemingly hurt her knee. Flair was helped to the back, and WWE later announced that she would miss nine months following knee surgery.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that Charlotte Flair suffered a torn ACL, MCL, and meniscus during her match with Asuka. Per Johnson, she will be undergoing surgery as soon as it can be scheduled.
