Orange Cassidy will defend the gold on the December 16 episode of AEW Collision.
During ROH Final Battle, Bryan Keith was interviewed after he came up short in the Survival of the Fittest match for the ROH World Television Championship. He stated that he wanted to collect gold. Cassidy approached him and challenged him to a title match on AEW Collision. Tony Khan then confirmed the match for Saturday night.
The updated card for Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision is as follows:

- AEW Continental Classic Blue League: Bryan Danielson vs. Brody King
- AEW Continental Classic Blue League: Claudio Castagnoli vs. Andrade El Idolo
- AEW International Championship: Orange Cassidy (c) vs. Bryan Keith
