Mick Foley: I’m ‘Undeclared’ For 2024 WWE Men’s Royal Rumble

Don’t expect to see Mick Foley in the 2024 Men’s Royal Rumble.

Mick Foley was one of the guests on the December 13 edition of WWE’s The Bump. The Royal Rumble came up in the conversation, and the WWE Hall of Famer briefly teased competing in it before he “undeclared” for the match.

“My feeling is that five years running, I would say, Royal Rumble became the second-greatest show in WWE,” Mick Foley. “All due respect to SummerSlam and the others. Royal Rumble, people get together and celebrate. It really makes people happy. So I’ll be tuned in. Maybe I’ll be…No, here’s the truth. I would have to lose 70 pounds just to be in terrible shape. So I’m not going to be in the Royal Rumble. I’m undeclared.”

Foley last wrestled in 2012; he made a one-off return to the ring as he competed in the Men’s Royal Rumble.
