CM Punk has made his decision.
CM Punk made his shocking return to WWE at WWE Survivor Series. Since then, he has appeared on WWE RAW and SmackDown. He also popped up at NXT Deadline during his free agency. Punk came to the ring on the December 11 episode of WWE RAW and made his decision.
The former WWE Champion noted that he had a big decision to make. But first, he took a trip down memory lane as he reflected on the highs and lows of his experience in Cleveland, the site of RAW on Monday. Punk then recalled how he walked out of WWE ahead of a RAW taping in Cleveland. He apologized to the fans who may have been upset about that.
Punk then turned his attention to his free agency. He stated that SmackDown’s Nick Aldis made him a substantial offer, and he was “tickled” that Shawn Michaels was willing to give him a chance to help younger talent in NXT. However, Punk stated that he was coming back to RAW, and he said he was home.
After an intense showdown with WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins, CM Punk announced that he will be competing in the 2024 Men’s Royal Rumble match.
