Sammy Guevara announces that he has been cleared.
Guevara, a former TNT Champion, suffered a concussion at AEW WrestleDream on October 1. There, he, Konosuke Takeshita, and Will Ospreay beat Chris Jericho, Kenny Omega, and Kota Ibushi.
Guevara has been sidelined ever since, as he has not been cleared to compete. On November 29, Guevara announced that he and Tay Melo welcomed their daughter, Luna Melo Guevarinto the world.
Guevara took to YouTube on December 5, and he stated that he was cleared. He simply stated that he is “good,” and he had been cleared. Later in the video, Guevara stated that he, Melo, and the baby are doing well.
In the video, Guevara did not comment on his potential return to AEW.
