Ricochet is back in action.
Former WWE Intercontinental Champion Ricochet competed at the WWE Holiday Tour live event in Bangor, Maine, on December 2. There, he faced Bronson Reed in a singles match and scored the victory.
The bout marked Ricochet’s return to the ring, as he had been sidelined since the November 6 episode of WWE RAW. During a four-way match against Reed, Ivar, and The Miz, Ricochet’s head hit the mat. This reportedly led to a botched finish, as he kicked out a pin he wasn’t supposed to. In the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that Ricochet was believed to have suffered a concussion, and he was placed in concussion protocol.
