A new series about World Championship Wrestling (WCW) is reportedly in the works.
Nellie Andreeva of Deadline reports that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Dany Garcia is actively developing “a docuseries investigating the mysterious demise of World Championship Wrestling (WCW), once the biggest wrestling company in America.” The report noted that Seven Bucks Productions has more than 60 film and television projects in active development, including a live-action remake of Moana and Red One.
Seven Bucks Productions previously teamed up with the Dark Side of the Ring team for the Tales from the Territories series on VICE TV.
