Nick Hogan was arrested for DUI earlier this morning in Clearwater, Florida.
According to TMZ, the son of two-time WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan, Nick, was arrested for a DUI earlier this morning after refusing to submit to a sobriety test.
This is in the same city where Nick Hogan was involved in a terrible car accident when he was just a teenager. While Hogan was relatively unharmed, his passenger, John Graziano, suffered serious brain injuries, which resulted in the Graziano family suing the Hogans. The lawsuit was settled out of court.
TMZ believes, based on his Instagram page, that Hogan was at his father’s restaurant on Friday night. The restaurant is in the Clearwater area and hosted a bikini contest that evening.
As of this writing, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, Hogan is still in custody and hasn’t been released. His bond is currently assessed at $500.00.
