Megha Parek has reportedly been less involved with AEW in recent months.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reported on November 14 that AEW’s Chief Legal Officer has largely stepped back from her AEW duties as of late. While it’s unclear if there has been a title change, Chris Peck has seemingly taken over a majority of the responsibilities that Parekh once handled.
The belief internally is that Parekh’s focus has been shifted to deal with things related to the Jacksonville Jaguars and the stadium. It was also noted that she was not at AEW All In London and was not part of the disciplinary committee that factored into CM Punk’s departure.
Fightful also reached out for comment but had yet to hear back from AEW and Parekh at press time on November 14.
WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
