Ring of Honor Results – November 9, 2023
This week’s episode of Ring of Honor Wrestling on HonorClub kicks off with a recap of last week’s main event between Athena and Mercedes Martinez, which saw the return of Billie Starkz to help Athena retain her championship.
Serpentico defeated Tony Nese (w/ Smart Mark Sterling)
- Ethan Page came out on the stage and distracted Tony Nese. Serpentico rolled up Nese from behind to secure the pinfall victory.
Darius Martin and Action Andretti are backstage. They will face off with Shane Taylor Promotions later on tonight. Martin and Andretti reveal they have some backup in the form of The Infantry.
Ring of Honor Women’s World Champion Athena (w/ Billie Starkz) defeated Heidi Howitzer in a Proving Ground Match
- Athena knocks out Heidi Howitzer and scores the pinfall victory.
Athena attacks Heidi Howitzer after the bell and slams her face into the title as Billie Starkz looks on.
Kyle Fletcher defeated Lee Johnson
- Shane Taylor and Lee Moriarty watch the match from backstage. Kyle Fletcher hits Lee Johnson with a hammerlock piledriver to score the pinfall victory.
Leyla Hirsch defeated Charlette Renegade (w/ Robyn Renegade)
- Rachael Ellering prevents Robyn Renegade from interfering. Leyla Hirsch locks Charlette Renegade in a cross-arm breaker to secure the victory via submission.
Athena, Billie Starkz, and Lexy Nair are backstage. Athena downgrades Nair from bestie to MIT number one for her comments about Willow Nightingale on AEW Collision. Billie Starkz is instructed to show her vicious side in her match later tonight.
The Iron Savages defeated Cole Karter & Griffin Garrison (w/ Maria Kanellis)
- Bronson hit a frog splash off the shoulders of Boulder onto Cole Karter to pick up the pinfall win for his team.
Samoa Joe vacates the Ring of Honor World Television Championship
A video package plays recapping Samoa Joe vacating the Ring of Honor World Television Championship. It’s announced that Tony Khan will be on Ring of Honor next week to provide an update on that title.
Billie Starkz (w/ Athena) defeated Rachael Ellering
- Billie Starkz hits a Swanton bomb on Rachael Ellering to score the pinfall victory.
Athena attacks Rachael Ellering after the match, but this time, Billie Starkz joins in on the attack until Leyla Hirsch comes out to make the save for Ellering.
Josh Woods (w/ Smart Mark Sterling) defeated SK Bishop
- Josh Woods hits a Chaos Theory on SK Bishop to score a quick pinfall victory.
Darius Martin, Action Andretti, and The Infantry defeated Shane Taylor, Lee Moriarty, Peter Avalon, and Ryan Nemeth
- Shane Taylor Promotions beat up Nemeth and Avalon and walked out on them. The Infantry hit Boot Camp on Avalon, and Bravo pins him to pick up the win for his team.
Rachael Ellering is backstage. Ellering says she was grateful for Leyla’s help tonight. Hirsch arrives and says she only helped out because she doesn’t like owing anyone a debt, and now they are even and done with each other. Maria interrupts and gives Hirsch grief for her newly found alliance.
Dralistico (w/ Jose the Assistant) defeated Gravity
- Dralistico hits Gravity with a corkscrew destroyer to score the pinfall victory.
Eddie Kingston defeated Angelico to retain the Ring of Honor World Championship
- Eddie Kingston hits the spinning back fist on Angelico to retain his title.
