Whatcha gonna do, when Hoke Hogan runs wild on you?
West Virginia University announced Hoke Hogan committed to wrestle at the school next year. Hogan is a two-time NHSCA High School Nationals champion and a Fargo Freestyle All-American.
Hogan attended Commerce High School in Commerce, Georgia. (Hogan legally changed his surname from Poe-Hogan to Hogan in June.) He’s the #72 overall ranked competitor in the 2024 recruiting class.
He might be a star amateur wrestler, but it’s hard not to notice the link he has with a very famous pro wrestler.
The school is also clearly aware of his name, as they hyped his arrival with a video of his mat highlights on Twitter:
