During the November 7 episode of WWE NXT, a pair of qualifying matches took place to determine the first participants in this year’s respective Iron Survivor Challenge matches at NXT Deadline on December 9.
First, Tiffany Stratton defeated Fallon Henley after their singles match was delayed from last week until this week. Stratton won the bout via pinfall following Prettiest Moonsault Ever. This will mark the first Iron Survivor Challenge for the former NXT Women’s Champion.
Later on, Dijak defeated Tyler Bate via pinfall to secure his spot in this year’s Iron Survivor Challenge. It will also mark his first appearance in the bout.
As noted, the Iron Survivor Challenge features five participants vying for the most falls in the 25-minute match. The winners will receive a championship match from their respective division.
