TKO, the merged company of WWE and UFC, has reported their third quarter 2023 results.
WWE and UFC officially merged to form TKO on September 12 after WWE reached a transaction agreement with Endeavor in April. On November 7, TKO reported the company’s results for the third quarter of 2023. The report stated that TKO generated $449.1 million in revenue, with a net income of $22 million. The period covers from July 1, 2023, through September 30, 2023, for UFC, and the period of September 12 through September 30 for WWE.
According to the report, UFC’s revenue was $397.5 million, and WWE’s revenue for its respective period was $51.6 million. WWE’s combined revenue for the period from July 1, 2023, through September 30, 2023, was $287.3 million.
