The Miz has earned a shot at the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
On the November 6 episode of WWE RAW, Bronson Reed, Ivar, The Miz, and Ricochet battled it out in a Fatal Four-Way Match, where the winner of the bout would earn a shot at the gold. Reed and Ivar used their size and strength to control the action at various points throughout the bout. Ricochet showcased his impressive athleticism a number of times. The Miz delivered a valiant effort as well.
Ricochet dropped Ivar with a kick and went back and forth with The Miz. Ivar and Reed both dove off the top, but The Miz moved and pinned Reed, who crashed and burned, to clinch the win.
Ivar was infuriated by the outcome, and he laid the former WWE Champion out with a beatdown after the bell.
With the win, The Miz earned the right to challenge Gunther for the WWE Intercontinental Championship at WWE Survivor Series.
