Several matches have been confirmed for NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 18 on January 4.
New Japan Pro-Wrestling officially announced that Bryan Danielson will face Kazuchika Okada at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 18. Danielson issued the challenge in a video message at NJPW Power Struggle. He previously defeated Okada at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
Plus, Will Ospreay will put the IWGP United States/United Kingdom Championship on the line against Jon Moxley and David Finlay. Finlay attacked both men at the end of NJPW Power Struggle and smashed both of Ospreay’s titles.
Additionally, Hiromu Takahashi will defend the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship against El Desperado, and Catch 2/2 will challenge Clark Connors and Drilla Moloney for the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship.
As previously announced, SANADA will defend the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against Tetsuya Naito, who won the 2023 G1 Climax.
