Torrie Wilson speaks highly of Sting.
As previously announced, Sting will compete in his last match at AEW Revolution 2024. The WWE Hall of Famer has had a legendary career, dating back to his debut in 1985.
Speaking with Bill Apter for Sportskeeda Wrestling, WWE Hall of Famer Torrie Wilson shared her thoughts on Sting.
“[Sting is] just a class act,” Wilson said. “He’s a notch above all of us, [and] he’s so humble. He’s such a big superstar, he’s such a mega talent, and he also takes the time for us little people, you know?”
When asked to describe what she’d say to Sting for his retirement, Wilson stated that it’s incredible that Sting hasn’t changed as a person over the years.
“What a run,” Wilson said. “I’m such a big fan, not only of the performer that you are but even more importantly, the person that you exude over all these years. You haven’t changed and it’s incredible. I’m getting the chills.”
Sting will team up with Adam Copeland and Darby Allin to face Christian Cage, Luchasaurus, and Nick Wayne at AEW Full Gear.
WrestleZone will have coverage of AEW Collision as it airs on November 4.
