Report: Heath Finished Up With IMPACT Wrestling, Now A Free Agent

Heath is now a free agent, according to a new report.

Per Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select), Heath has departed IMPACT Wrestling, as his contract has expired. Sapp noted that he wrapped up with IMPACT the weekend of Bound For Glory on October 21. Heath competed in the Call Your Shot Gauntlet at the show. He last wrestled for the company at IMPACT Bound For Glory Fallout on October 22. Following his departure, Heath is now accepting bookings.

Heath previously commented on the reports that his contract was coming up.

Heath Previously Turned Down WWE Return

Heath, formerly known as Heath Slater in WWE, was released in a wave of cuts in April 2020. The company brought him back for a one-off in July 2020. He turned down a full-time deal and later said it was about half of what he made during his previous run.

The former WWE star then made his IMPACT debut at Slammiversary 2020. He had time added to his deal to an injury early on in his time with the company. During his tenure, he captured the IMPACT World Tag Team Championship with Rhino. The duo previously won the SmackDown Tag Team Championship together in WWE.

WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
