The current era of professional wrestling fans are some of the luckiest fan base of all time. Back in the day, there were hardly two wrestling promotions that fans could be able to see. Nowadays, there are so many professional wrestling companies and such a long list of talented wrestlers that fans can watch and be entertained. The 33-year-old wrestler has been part of several wrestling promotions. He has competed in a handful of independent wrestling promotions. He has also competed in Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling. Speedball Mike Bailey has been signed with IMPACT Wrestling since 2021.

He recently began to feud with Will Ospreay. The two wrestled each other for the first time in their careers at the Bound For Glory pay-per-view.

Prior to their match, Will Ospreay had some kind words via a video for his opponent. The Ariel Assassin claimed that Bailey was one of the best in-ring wrestlers in the world. Despite those positive words, Ospreay also questioned if Speedball could handle him in the ring one-on-one.

Following the match, Speedball Mike Bailey took to Twitter to share his gratitude to his fans. He thanked them for their incredible support.

“Thank you all so much. I proved once again that I belong at the very top – I did come up short again and I’m a little tired of coming up short. But I’m super proud of the wrestler I’ve become, where I am now, and grateful for all the support. #BoundForGlory @IMPACTWRESTLING,” Speedball Mike Bailey tweeted.

Both wrestlers put on a tough fight. Finally, the Ariel Assassin picked up the win.
