Two major matches, along with Logan Paul‘s return, have been announced for the October 23 episode of WWE RAW.
During the October 16 episode, Drew McIntyre approached Sami Zayn backstage. He criticized Zayn for trusting Jey Uso and welcoming him to RAW. He also told Zayn he would never understand the pressures of being a world champion, as he had never held the gold. Zayn, determined to prove himself as a world-title-level competitor, challenged McIntyre to a match. The bout was confirmed for October 23.
Plus, Becky Lynch will out the NXT Women’s Championship on the line against Indi Hartwell, who previously relinquished the title due to injury. Additionally, Logan Paul will make his return to the red brand a few days after he appears on the October 20 episode of WWE SmackDown.
The official card for the October 23 episode of WWE RAW is as follows:
- Drew McIntyre vs. Sami Zayn
- NXT Women’s Championship: Becky Lynch (c) vs. Indi Hartwell
- Logan Paul returns to RAW
WWE did not announce the matches, but Alpha Academy challenged The New Day to a match, and Gunther set up a singles bout between Giovanni Vinci and Johnny Gargano.
