Becky Lynch said she and Tiffany Stratton beat the piss out of each other. Stratton certainly has the battle wounds to prove it.
Becky Lynch and Tiffany Stratton clashed at NXT No Mercy in a hard-hitting battle. Lynch walked away as the winner, but both women suffered injuries in the process.
Lynch missed her scheduled title defense against Tegan Nox on Monday night because she was not cleared to compete. Stratton is also showing the effects of the match too. Stratton was not present on Tuesday’s episode of NXT, but she posted the following photo showing off the black eye she has, thanks to The Man.
“Happy Tiffy Tuesday to everyone but @BeckyLynchWWE,” Stratton wrote on Twitter.
Fightful Select reported that Lynch sustained a laceration in the No Mercy match. She had to get 11 stitches for the wound. Lynch was not cleared to compete on the October 2 episode of WWE RAW, but she is scheduled to face Nox on RAW next week.
This week’s episode of NXT also saw Lynch announce she will defend her title on the first night of NXT Halloween Havoc. This year’s Halloween Havoc will be a two night affair, with the event airing on October 24 and 31.
