“The Man” will keep coming around to WWE NXT, as Becky Lynch has retained the NXT Women’s Championship.
In the main event of WWE NXT No Mercy, Becky Lynch defended the NXT Women’s Championship against Tiffany Stratton in an Extreme Rules Match. Lynch honored the late Windham Rotunda, also known as Bray Wyatt, as she wore a shirt that had his name written on it.
The bout quickly turned into a chaotic brawl, as Lynch and Stratton fought into the crowd. Stratton hit Lynch with a hammer. Lynch fired back by putting Stratton in a shopping cart and slamming her into the steel steps.
Lynch even weaponized Barbie dolls, as she hit “The Buff Barbie” with one. Stratton responded by bashing Lynch with a garbage can lid, and she later slammed the champion onto a garbage an.
Lynch slammed Stratton onto some chairs. Both women crashed through a barricade at ringside. Stratton took a big swing when she hit a Swanton Bomb onto a table at ringside.
Lynch gained momentum with a Man-Handle Slam onto the floor. Stratton kept fighting, but Lynch ultimately dodged a moonsault and pinned the challenger with the Man-Handle Slam onto some chairs.
Lynch previously beat Stratton to win the NXT Women’s Championship on the September 12 episode of WWE NXT.
