On September 22 and September 23, IMPACT Wrestling held their Mid-South Mayhem set of television tapings from Graceland Live in Memphis, Tennessee.

Night One (Friday, 9/22)
- Before The IMPACT: Rich Swann & Sami Callihan defeated Laredo Kid & Black Taurus
- Before The IMPACT: Savannah Evans (with Jai Vidal) defeated Jessicka (with Courtney Rush)
- Before The IMPACT: Rhino defeated Jack Price. Steve Maclin came out to confront Rhino after the bell.
- “Speedball” Mike Bailey defeated Samuray del Sol
- IMPACT X-Division Championship: Chris Sabin (c) defeated Alan Angels. After the match, a video package announced that KENTA will be coming to IMPACT Bound For Glory.
- Tasha Steelz defeated Killer Kelly (with Masha Slamovich)
- Joe Hendry and Yuya Uemura came out for Uemura’s goodbye. Hendry he praised Uemura, but The Rascalz interrupted and insulted the duo. They brawled, and Santino Marella booked a match between the two. He said that if Joya won, he would allow Uemura to stay in IMPACT.
- The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) defeated Joya (Joe Hendry & Yuya Uemura)
- Memphis Street Fight: Tommy Dreamer & Heath defeated Kenny King & Sheldon Jean
- Eric Young, Jordynne Grace, Jake Something, Dirty Dango & Champagne Singh defeated Bully Ray, Brian Myers, Mahabali Shera, Jody Threat & KiLynn King
- Trinity defeated Gisele Shaw (with Jai Vidal & Savannah Evans). After the match, Shaw, Evans, and Vidal attacked Trinity until Mickie James made the save. James then challenged Trinity to a match for the IMPACT World Championship.
- Moose (with Brian Myers) defeated Bhupinder Gujjar. After the match, Steve Maclin came out and said that the briefcase for the IMPACT World Championship is his. The lights went out, and that led to him and Maclin attacking Moose and Myers. Rhino attacked Maclin as he was leaving and dropped him with a Gore.
- Country A** Whoopin’ Lumberjack Strap Match: ABC (Chris Bey & Ace Austin) defeated Jai Vidal & John Skyler
- Tommy Dreamer came out and called out Crazzy Steve. He said that if Steve wanted a shot at the IMPACT Digital Media Championship, he just had to ask. Steve and Dreamer hugged, but Steve attacked Dreamer. Medical personnel and officials came to the ring and checked on Dreamer.
- Josh Alexander defeated Kon (with Deaner)
Night Two (Saturday, 9/23)
- Before The IMPACT: Alan Angels defeated Laredo Kid
- Before The IMPACT: KiLynn King defeated Jody Threat
- Jonathan Gresham defeated “Speedball” Mike Bailey
- IMPACT World Tag Team Championship: The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz & Trey Miguel) (c) defeated Rich Swann & Sami Callihan
- Tasha Steelz (with Deonna Purrazzo) defeated Courtney Rush (with Jessicka)
- Call Your Shot Entry Match: Dirty Dango defeated Jake Something and Eric Young and Champagne Singh and Jordynne Grace
- With the win, Dirty Dango earned the right to enter the Call Your Shot Battle Royal last, while Jake Something will enter first.
- Kenny King (with Sheldon Jean) defeated Heath
- Mickie James & Trinity defeated Gisele Shaw & Savannah Evans (with Jai Vidal)
- No Disqualification Match: Crazzy Steve defeated Black Taurus
- Masha Slamovich (with Killer Kelly) defeated Jessicka (with Courtney Rush)
- Brian Myers & Moose defeated Rhino & PCO
- Two Out of Three Falls: Frankie Kazarian defeated Eddie Edwards by 2 falls to 1.
- Josh Alexander defeated Yuya Uemura
