Will Ospreay wants to step into the ring with The American Dragon.
The IWGP United Kingdom Champion Will Ospreay recently spoke with Tokyo Sports. When asked who he still wants to step into the ring with, Ospreay pointed to All Elite Wrestling‘s Bryan Danielson.
“There’s only one opponent left, Bryan Danielson,” Will Ospreay said. “For the past seven years, Bryan has been called the best wrestler in the world. I respect him too, but right now, I’m the best in the world, and I want to prove it. Bryan beat Okada even with a broken arm. He’s very tough, but on the other hand, it’s easy to get injured. If I fight him, I’m confident that I’ll win easily.”
It was announced earlier this week that Ospreay will take on Speedball Mike Bailey at IMPACT Bound For Glory next month.
Meanwhile, Bryan Danielson is scheduled to compete in a Texas Deathmatch against Ricky Starks later tonight on AEW Collision.
