A TNT Championship match has been announced for the September 23 episode of AEW Collision.
During AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam, Christian Cage challenged Darby Allin to face him and Luchasaurus in a three-way bout for the title. Luchasaurus is the reigning champion, but Cage has often presented himself as the titleholder. Cage also noted that Sting would not be allowed at ringside for the championship match.
AEW then confirmed the match for Saturday’s show.
Luchasaurus previously beat Allin to retain the title at AEW All Out. Cage, Allin, and Luchasaurus will be in the same match at AEW Rampage: Grand Slam on September 22. There, Allin and Sting will face Cage and Luchasaurus.
