WWE SmackDown Viewership Rises, Demo Sees Big Increase On 9/15

WWE SmackDown viewership increased on September 15.

Wrestlenomics reports that 2.569 million viewers tuned in on Friday. This number is up from last week, when 2.094 million viewers watched the show on September 8. The total viewership on September 15 marked SmackDown’s second-highest viewership of 2023.

In the 18 to 49 demographic, SmackDown scored a 0.70, which also marks an increase from last week (0.53 rating in the same demographic).

Per Wrestlenomics, the total viewership was up 23%, and the demographic was up 33%, compared to the previous week.

This Week’s Episode Of WWE SmackDown

The September 15 episode of WWE SmackDown featured the surprise returns of The Rock and Pat McAfee. John Cena was advertised for the show, and he appeared on The Grayson Waller Effect.

Plus, Asuka faced Bayley, and LA Knight faced The Miz, and Finn Balor battled AJ Styles.Elsewhere on the show, The Street Profits faced The LWO.
