Jaxson Ryker Is Now A Cop

Forgotten no more.

Chad Lail, formerly known as Jaxson Ryker in WWE, is starting a new chapter of his life. In a post on Instagram, he shared the news that he is now a cop in Iredell Country, North Carolina. Lail wrote that being sworn in at the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office on September 14 was an honor. He stated that he wanted to wear the badge and uniform with pride.

The page has since been set to private, but the picture can be seen below.

Lail signed with WWE in 2017, and he joined forces with Wesley Blake and Steve Cutler to form The Forgotten Sons in NXT. The group had a prominent run in NXT, and they were called up to SmackDown in 2020. The trio had a brief run on the blue brand, as they were taken off TV after Ryker made a controversial tweet about then-President Donald Trump.

Ryker later moved to Raw and aligned with Elias. They briefly feuded, and Ryker was ultimately released in a wave of cuts in November 2021. Lail retired from wrestling following his last match at an AML Wrestling on August 27.
