Josh Alexander Reacts To Being Ranked Number 9 On PWI 500

One of the top stars in IMPACT Wrestling is Josh Alexander. He recently opened up about being ranked number nine in the list of PWI’s top 500 wrestlers of 2023.

The Walking Weapon has been part of IMPACT Wrestling only since 2019. In the short time he’s been associated with the Nashville-based promotion he has held the X-Division Championship, the World Championship, and the Tag Team Championship.

Prior to his run in IMPACT, he competed in multiple promotions on the indies.

Recently, PWI released its list of the top 500 wrestlers of the year. In the list, the current IMPACT World Champion was awarded the ninth rank. The top three on the list are Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, and Jon Moxley.

We’re All Connected

Alexander thanked the fans and everyone who has been supporting him throughout his career. He also mentioned that it is awesome to see more wrestlers from IMPACT Wrestling featured in the list.

“Being ranked #9 in this yrs @OfficialPWI is wild to my inner child that collected & studied these lists. I discovered so many wrestlers by reading the top 500 every year. Wrestlers I’d otherwise had never heard of. Ones I’m still a fan of to this day. Thanks to all that have & continue to support. It’s amazing to see so many @IMPACTWRESTLING talents climb the ranks on this yrs list. Hopefully if you don’t know me or others you’ll check us out. We’re all working to be the best we can be & we’re all connected by our love of pro wrestling,” Josh Alexander tweeted.

Alexander (and Ethan Page) were featured on the PWI 500 as the fourth-best tag team in 2020.
