AEW Dynamite Viewership Increases On 9/13, Demo Stays Even

AEW Dynamite viewership slightly increased on September 13.

According to Wrestlenomics, 888,000 viewers watched the show on Wednesday night, and it drew a 0.31 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic. The viewership is up from last week’s episode, when 887,000 viewers tuned in. The demo stayed even from last week‘s episode, which also drew a 0.31 rating in the same demographic.

What happened on AEW Dynamite this week?

This week’s show kicked off with Jon Moxley defeating Big Bill to retain the International Championship.

Elsewhere on the show, Chris Jericho and Sammy Guevara had a promo setting up their match next week at Grand Slam. Toni Storm also won a four-way to earn the right to challenge Saraya for the AEW Women’s Championship on next week’s show.

In the main event, Samoa Joe defeated Roderick Strong to win the finals of the Grand Slam World Title Eliminator Tournament. He’ll face MJF for the AEW World Championship at Grand Slam next week.
